Russia diversifies into Canadian dollars
Russia’s central bank announced on Wednesday that it had started buying
Canadian dollars and securities in a bid to diversify its foreign exchange
reserves.
Analysts said the move could be a sign of increased diversification of
emerging market central bank assets away from the dollar and into
investments denominated in other commodity-linked currencies, such as the
Australian dollar.

简历上三年的unemployment对面试影响大吗？简历上有三年unemployment，主要是我那
时赶上大学扩招，家里没后门，top的学校冷门专业出来没工作，就在家呆了三年，后
来走了出国这条路，现在在美国毕业了，一单位要面试我，简历不说，主要还要填一个
表上面要列出最近十年的employment history，家里说让捏个国内的单位，我觉得不妥
，要不就填unemployed?好像这样也不好，大家觉得呢？Thank you!

Hahahahah, I doubt Bernanke or Geithner will be amused by this. Now think
of this: If Russians, who know a thing or two about currency crisis after
their 1990s' struggle, skip USD to buy used-2-be-miserable Canada dollars
now backed by resource-based economy, then I can only imagine how many
people will be waken up by this and think twice about USD.
