I got caught by radar for speed over limit 15.01mph.
This is my second time in the past half year.
I got 4 points and 100+ fine. Last time was 2 point 140dao
1. how many points do I have before get DL revoked? During how long
period?
2. How can I argue in court? The police office was driving
in the opposite direction.
3. The office did not ask me to sign the citation. Do I really
need to sign? If I did not sign (I was not asked to sign this time),
does it mean I can deny the charge?
I do not think I speed that fast. It was 35mph road, I guess
I went to ~45, and when I realized it, I started to break. But
I saw the colorful blinking lights behind me only about several
seconds later.
5. Please recommend a good radar detector! Do not want get caught
again.

人说你超速15mi对不对吧？人即使反方向开也有可能作了修正了。

我倒是一直用，不过是便宜的。
前天看到amazon一个380的降到180,还带speed camera position life time update的
，有内置GPS,不知道是否好用。
一般大家是推荐V1和一个Exx 的9000 something, 大概$500左右。
$100以下的也不少，多少能够管点小用。

1. 记得1年12点？和国内一样？ driving school好像可以减免点？
2. ...
3. ... 似乎不非要签字吧？
4. ... 如果警车用了radar/laser, 一个便宜detector就可以有帮助，在你这个case下
，除非警察觉得你快才开机，那就来不及了，否则应该能够得到一些信号提醒。

我觉得是板子上的洞是给一个screw的，但screw的目的不是钉在墙上，而是咬在金属杆
的槽内固定金属杆的。
金属杆的横向部分有几个眼，我觉得是用来挂在墙上用的。你可以用一个monkey hook

要有帽的，还得是平帽，薄的，因为你看木头洞外面是有一个小坑的，半经比洞大。天

any screw, as long as it can fit in the old threads (or slightly larger to
create new threads when you "tap" in). if course, the screw has to be long
enough to lock the metal keys, but not too long or sticks out.

不是很肯定，不过有时侯警车在附近的时候还是有信号的，大多还是雷达信号，虽然可
以detect laser...

我用的那个大概太挫了。经常没事乱响，一次在高速上后面一警车跟了我十来分钟都没
动静，还有好几次看着高速上警车停着，ＪＣ哥拿着一枪形器械对着我们这边瞄也没动
静。
不过我是坚持开限速+9的:)

只能看rp了:P 现在<100的也应该波段比较齐全呀。不知道JC有啥新"枪",不过 +9 大
多地方应该没有问题的。话说我们这里还有一些+1就抓的traffic trap:P 其他地方+10

Directly printed citation from the computer.
I guess I cannot argue because the officer said
the radar will be send to the judge to check the
record.
So I asked, 'So I do not have an argument in the
court.'
The police said, 'you can still argue just what you
told me.'
I remember that last time, 5 years ago, I went to
court. The judge said I was guilty, and I paid not
only the ticket, but also court fee. What was worse is
that I got a convicted violation. So I am worrying if
I really want to go to court to argue.
