第一次去就觉得真tmd乱感觉像个三不管的地方出事了还真没人管纽约政府tmd也混
蛋这么乱的地方怎么平时不整顿一下非法移民n多吧

There are too many information on EB2 to EB3 downgrade, but none answer
definitely when you should file I-140.
Any guru, correct me if I am wrong.
If you EB2 PD is current for EB3 category, file i-140 and i-485 concurrently
, and 2 weeks later, amend i-140 application to premium processing.
Is this best strategy?

EB3 PD current的时候可以concurrently file EB3
不过你说的两周后追加pp没人能保证一定会接受

你没用SSN 做ID吧?
偶WFC 的ONLINE ACCESS 是N 多年建的那时IT 就用SSN后来让改偶懒一直没改, 最近有
人BRUTE FORCE ATTACK给LOCK 了, 电话上跟WFC FRAUD DEPT 搞了半个多小时才UNLOCK
-要求PC上ANTIVIRUS 扫描.
这种多是ROBOT ATTACH, 谁鸟耐烦手工一个个试
