我现在是485 AOS，上次入境时护照上盖了一个章，还给了纸质i94，写的 AOS，今年
6月就到期了。现在我马上要485面试，想问一下，485是不是会因为这个原因被拒掉？
因为485批准是需要合法身份的，但是我现在没有AOS之外的身份，而且AOS还到期了。

哥回答这个问题起码已经三次了。
不会。485出结果前一直是aos合法身份。i94上的可以忽略。

I-94上的可以忽略的意思，是说可以AOS身份无限滞留？
