月初买了一个N+24-70镜头, 几乎全新, 用了不到1个月. 过了会半个月了, buyer说要
refund, 因为not good condition. 说镜头不能auto focus.
我说我的镜头寄给他的时候是几乎全新, 我自己用完全没问题. 我寄出之前拍了镜头的
照片保存.
我问他什么光线下用的. 他先说night, 我说你有没有调ISO, 他说什么是ISO, 然后又
改口说是白天用.
我说不给refund, 我可以给他receipt, 镜头还是保修期, 他可以寄到nikon保修, 他说
不干, 非要refund. 后来就说不想和我说, 他要和amazon联系.
怎么办. 1500块钱的东西. 如果是他不想要了, 退给我就算了, 就怕是他自己磕了碰了
, 弄坏了给我. 我很少买东西, 第一次遇到这样的人. 怎么办?
