关于股票这一段是这么写的，如下，不知道这种写法正常不：
先是给了所给股票的“initial value”. 然后继续写着：The exact number of RSUs
will be determined at the time your grant is approved by the compensation
committee by dividing the initial value by a "share value". The share value
will be determined by reference to a trailing average closing stock price.
The RSUs will be submitted for approval following your actual start date
pursuant to this offer letter（不会签字后，过一段时间又说这个rsu没有approve
吧？）. Each RSU entitles you to receive one share of facebook, Inc. Class A
common stock following vesting.
主要疑问是：
1：貌似fb的stock还有class b，不过他家给offer是否都只给class a 吧？
2：另外他家offer只写了rsu的总价，但什么时候才知道具体股数是多少呢？在入职的
那一
天，还是入职后一段时间呢？
3：看上面的文字入职之后还需要approve RSU。会不会签字offer后，过一段时间又说
这个rsu没有approve呢？
