L的recruiter 跟我说有offer,然后给了我package的具体细节。我还在等GF，想先拖一
拖。然后L家的recruiter 说她周一就要给我finalized offer letter 然后只给我一两
天做决定。我已经催了GF的recruiter 了。现在L的recruiter 给我打电话update
package我都不敢接了。这个deadline 也太不reasonable 了。诚心请教这种情况应该
怎么处理？如果我强硬的跟她说要extend deadline，会有什么后果么？

接受，同时等其他的，最后去最好的，就这么简单。Accepting an offer is not
legally binding，公司Offer后又改主意的也有。

不能失信。 这是锻炼您的negotiation skill.
good luck. 1-2 days is not reasonable
但是您不用这么说。 just say: L is a great
company, i very much appreciate the offer.
but this is an important decision, I need 1 week.

谢谢！我现在是H-1B然后accept 之后就会有H-1B transfer。如果这样的话accept 多
个会有问题么？
然后关于毁offer，是不是之后就再也不能去那家公司了？

Be firm and respectful and make honest
commitment. You will go much further.

Estimate a reasonable time for the GF to
get back to you. and give the recruiter
this number. If the recruiter rushes you
again, you say:
i want to make an honest long term commitment -
that takes time. Thank you for your understanding
and accommodation.
If possible before making a decision, talk
to your future HM, future team, and alumni
coworker. 管理链很重要。 不要为了多一点钱
进烙印堆。 长期来说，很不划算。因为烙印
人脉贬值到不值钱。 老中老美人脉升值空间
很大。
Rule 1: Always be positive;
never be angry or impatient
Rule 2: 不撒谎
RULE 3: 投资老中老美人脉。

不建议先接了再考虑拒，无论什么情况下这都是非常损人品的。linkedin就这德行，也
可能是虚张声势。如果真的不是特别想去的话，就实话实说吧，我要等GF，如果你不能
给我延，那我就只好拒了。我知道有跟你一模一样的case，HR一开始开始也是很强硬，
他就这么回的，HR立马给延了。

放心大胆的要extend就是了
你面试都过了，你知道recuriter多宝贝你么
你知道过一个人多不容易么，那么多轮下来。
他怎么可能就因为一两天让你走了
