我目前还不在美国，第一次唐筛也不在美国做。但是第二次必须在美国做了。也就是说
这中间相差不到一个月。 我可以把我在这边的记录都带过去。我在这边的ob是提前6个
星期预约，是我的家庭医生给我选的。
不知道美国怎么预约ob，需要什么材料。我主要是害怕没预约上，错过了第二次唐筛。

I am applying for an adjustment to permanent resident satus because
a. an immigrant petition giving me an immediately available immigrant visa
number that has been approved (attach a copy of the approval notice, or a
relative, special immigrant juvenile, or special immigrant military visa
petition filed with this application that will give you an immediately
available visa number, if approved
b. my spouse or parent filed for adjustment of status or was granted lawful
permanent residence in an immigrant visa category that allows derivative
status for spouses and childen
