信里写着，
A previous referee was unable to review this and suggested you.

一看就是不是因为知道你expertise才请的。referee的网页上没显示审是哪个杂志，只
显示最后发的杂志。由得文章没通过就发到低一级的了。邀请函是写明了最初投的是哪
个杂志，所以想加上。

记得旅游时见过，老外孩子套着类似遛狗的strap,可调长度 / 可收放，strap看上去毛
绒绒的，戴着应该挺舒服，请问哪有卖？
Amazon上看到几个，都挺简陋的：

officers treat review like counting the beans. Increase your number is your

先把它审了，凑个数，最后不要用这封邀请信，用审稿后的感谢信。

谢谢。已经审了。以前看过有RFE，说光审了，不能说明是你好才要求你审的，没有证
明邀请。所以想加这种邀请函。

我的理解是，审50个没IF不如审一个大牛的杂志。IO不全看数量。有人审了上百没过这
条的。太离谱，会遭质疑。

I don't agree.
The number is important. At least you have to get 20+ reviews. Then you can
find the editor to write you a letter stating that you are the TOP one
therefore was invited.
Review must be regular, which also means you have to have a certain number
to show this.
If you have one review and IF = 10. It is difficult to justify.
If you have 50 reviews and IF = 0.1, then just ignore IF and show you judge
others regularly.
