The date code is UU0204. I bought this from a professional
photographer over the summer. I do not have a filter on it and it comes with
just the lens hood and both caps. It is in great condition with just one
spec of dust on the front element. It does not effect the pictures.

Baozi sent! Thanks all! It is a good lens indead. The seller also has a 7d with only hundreds of shots on for sell asking 1300. I don't have that money though:(
