这个没有一定之规，取决于公司的投资结构以及收购时的合同是如何签的。
一个首创企业被收购时，收到的钱首先要把公司的债务和（投资人以及创始人）
preferred stock 付清，剩下的才是common stocks 来分。你的期权都是属于后者这个
范畴的。一般都是折合成新公司的股票。vested 部分就是你的了，没有vested 按新的
vesting schedule 给你。
