what problem of your VW a? maybe I know.
dealer is expensive, find some vw mechanic in your area, much cheaper.
I know one in houston, it is very cheap. Half price of dealer, they helped
me to change timing belt less than an hour.

the mechanic is so funny, charged me 3 hours for timing belt change, but did
that less than one hour in front of me, he teached me how to tear my
previous VW golf tdi apart.
Then he changed my suspension and refresh the headlight by only using half
hour for only $50.........what a nice guy.

这次是在dealer修的,因为要enable cd changer,需要dealer那的特殊仪器,以后就不去
了,找个其他的mechanic看看,这次也比较倒霉,本来engine light不亮,结果刚开到
dealer那就亮了,就一起修了

what is the code of check engine light?
what year of your car?
probably only need $75 to repair....... I had that problem for my passat,
dealer want to charge for hundreds, but I bought a part in ebay and changed
it in 5 min. check VW forum sometime.
