H1 layoff 后，H4保身份除了上学，工作还有其他保身份的办法嘛。现在H1也
用完了，也不能挂靠什么公司。大家知道有什么好办法嘛。谢谢

比较顺，就是很紧，感觉要是再滑一点就好。要是有个别人的捏捏就好了

Tough luck. Unless the H4 holder can change status to H1/F1, there is no
other way to keep the whole family in status here.
You might consult with an immigration lawyer, but highly likely you will get
the same answer.

我认识一朋友.H1没身份了..他老婆就读语言学校.转成F1..然后老公天天忙着找工作..
最后很幸运去学校做博后了.
..

谢谢！看来的确没有什么好的办法。可能需要回国过渡一下吧。
