Sle is going to pay $3 special dividend per share at the end of this month.
Would like to buy some. Anybody see any risk here?

我最近看了个one bedroom的Coop(5楼), 一周之前, 给了Offer, $160,000. 现在律师
准备开始处理了, 卖方律师还在vacation, 所以还没正式开始.
今天刚在zillow上看到同一层楼2楼, 居然刚出了一套新卖的房子, asking price 才
149,000. 都怪自己给offer的时候对市场不了解, 报高了.
请问高手这种情况怎么办? 该给Agent说吗把offer的价格降低吗? 现在说是不是太晚了?
或者直接退掉这个offer,然后买新出的房子? 谢谢指教!

See the news below. When will the company pay the $3 special dividend? Can I
see the stock immediately after the dividend? Any risk here? Thank you,
"Sara Lee Corp. (SLE: News ) is up more than 2 percent to $21.40. The
company's board has approved the spin-off of its international coffee and
tea business. The company also approved a 1-for-5 reverse stock split of
shares. In addition, the company noted that CoffeeCo will pay a $3.00 per
share special dividend, immediately after the distribution of the CoffeeCo
common stock"

消息一宣布，股价马上涨3刀以上，过了ex-div，股价马上掉3刀，你吃了红利，但股价
马上就跌。所以除非消息前就买，否则没有便宜占的。

The approval news came out last Thursday and SLE was traded around $22 after
hour. Last friday SLE was down 2% with general market to $20.44. Is it a
good buy on Monday?
