It all depends on the stock. Some time, it is good to sell open market,
other times, you have to wait for the company to complete the delisting
process to maximize your return.
For example, TLB was good for you to sell at $2.75 before it was delisted.
While GU is good for you to wait 10 more days to receive $1.6 tender price.
