The dividend is payable on December 14, 2012 to stockholders of record as of

Considering 3 day settlement period, you won't be able to get this dividend
unless you bought shares yesterday (11/27).
Without checking all the details, it seems the REIT entity has liquidated
some
assets and will return to shareholders through a special dividend. The
company
looks like a shell company but I don't feel like digging deeper here.
