mrrebate肯定给的
这个是Mrrebate上面说的：
Can I use a coupon displayed on the merchant’s website?
If the offer is visible on the merchant's website then it should not
interfere with your cash back.
这个visa rebate是公开的http://www.adorama.com/visa，也有专门的站点，所以符合mrrebate。

我都没用visa coupon, 估计跟VIP 4%有关。上次在adorama买G1X的时候shopper+
discover 5%没问题
