Don't you think it's odd that he doesnt have any watermark? I am like, why do I need one? The fact that he is an African-American (minority, none white) is also super inspiring to me.

i am not sure what 职业 means. he doesnt take wedding/portrait which is the most money making. seems his work is pure fine art photography. Not sure how much money it makes.

as a beginner, adding watermarks is a better way to promote your photos

both. trust me it is not easy. 拍摄 needs a lot of planning and waiting. a lot of places are hard to get to , have to hike in dark (for sunrise AND after sunset), especially if you want something unique. And you have to get lucky. Sometimes a cloudy day gives you nothing sometimes everything. I am just a beginner but already know how much it takes. and trust me, for every photo he publish, he has taken 1000 that are not published. He might have visited the same place again and again. as for post processing, it is important. I do believe in blending exposures for dynamic range for landscape, it is not possible with single exposure for most of his photos. but post processing itself is going to get u no where if the light is not there. a lot of beginners also do lousy post processing, over saturation and lost details. The pros will make theirs look like not processed (from multiple exposures) anyway, i can go on and on about it. I wish I can have 1 photo like his each year...

en, dun even think to hide anything from me. kidding seriously when u done the research and ready to jump, let me know. have been thinking about a set of filters but not sure.
hyperfocal distance - the minimum distance a lens can be focused such that the entire scene is roughly all in focus, front to back. mirror lockup (not be be confused with paddy lockup)- put the reflective mirror up before shutter release to minimize shake blur.
