用af on很久了刚知道原来自己用得不对，我拍单张的时候都设成single shot focus了
。
。

看是看了，但是一直不知道换到back button focus好处有那么多，不过如果有情况需
要把相机给路人拍的话恐怕他们用不来

给路人拍可以自己对好焦，把镜头调成MF再给别人，以防跑焦

dude, thanks for this. it solved the problem that bothers me
for long time. now, i can use center spot meter and focus for
almost all my pictures. DSLR has the best focus in center spot
too.
For 5D III
1. C.Fn 2, set the shutter button to "AE lock" or "Metering Start"
2. Use center spot focus to focus, then "AF-On" to lock
3. Shtter button half way down to meter and lock meter or to use
"*" to lock the meter depends on set up at step 1)
4. having focus and meter locked seperately, now recompose and take
the shot.
this way, we can take care of focus or/and exposure sperately, as they
do not have to come from the same spot, lock focus or/and exposure,
and take the pictrue.
looks like it is a correct decision to keep 5D III for me, as of now.ha...

i was about to return it to buydig, but decided to keep it
because the price was good.
the reason i want to return was because the spot meter wont
move together with the focus point. now, i can use "AF On" to
lock focus and "*" to lock exposure seperately.

直接肩屏上测光模式改成点测, 相机中心对准测光点半按快门, 按住曝光锁定, 然后随
便怎么对焦就可以拍了
用中心对焦点的话你真的应该退5d3

You just use your center spot for metering and focus wherever you want
the reason is if you only use center point, go buy a 6d, the center focus
point would be even better. you invested more than $1000 for the fancy focus
system of 5D3, and you never use them.. that's a waste of money, but if you
don't care, everything is fine.

i kinda see your point. i want to see clearly where i meter. without seeing
the spot where i meter on, i am not sure what i am doing. of cause, you
can always meter on something you do not see and believe it is still
spot meter.
for 6D, i think you are right. but isnt this true for every toy we buy?
for potrait and scenic pictures, i still think this is the best way to
use 5DIII, at least to my understanding.

the spot where i meter on, i am not sure what i am doing. of cause, you
