No. The CD was in the case. But my credit card company might have coverage
for it.
I also called Adobe, they said that they might be able to get a new copy for
me too.

Got to love their efficiency, I called in the morning without any

For 70 some dollars? Nah, I don't think they would even care to investiage
that.
However, I am planning to call Amex if that happens, in exchange for a
better sleep at night :)
