upgraded my xps 8700 a little bit.
now need to solve the os problem.

Vegetable bird, why not just install OS onto your SSD?

don't want to reinstall. right now, os is on sata. want to move completely
to ssd, and run the os w/o no problem. looking for solution now. u c?

Honestly I know of no clean way to migrate an OS from one hard drive to the
other. Maybe other old birds can help. I tried copy pasting my entire c
drive once. It did not work as planned.

Norton Ghost 做个 Disk Image.
重装系统最还。

now is being played by win 8. millions of updates

那就做 disk image , 然后 clone disk 就行了。原来的 disk 如果有好多
partitions, 你可能需要重编 boot option.

is installing updates. nothing else can do.
give up le, will upgrade to win 8.1 after all the updates of win 8
MS sucks. No long to die.

paid only around 800 for i7, 24G, NVidia 650, 250G SSD, and 2T
seems very good configuration.
