Hello there, Unfortunately I've looked into this situation a bit for you. On Jet we do sell all sorts of products that are manufactured outside of the U.S. I apologize, I'm not sure where the previous representative saw that the item would be made in the U.S. Right now the only option we would really have is to return the item for a full refund.
