NIKON DSLR supports all languages.

"SONY has international version" does not mean you'll find it in Japan,
where only japaness version is on the shelf.I've heard 5+ people complaining
they bought cameras only in japaness.
Forget about re-flashing thing.You can sit on top of train to get anywhere
for free. Will you do that to save some bucks?

1. Complains? Come on! Please do your homework first, at least try the
camera in
shop before pay, check the settings menu see if it supports English/Chinese.
2. Japanese is not a big issue for Chinese, from my experiences, if you are
not on your first time using a camera, you can guess what it means. Most of
the settings only need to be set once, let alone that camera body has lots
of shortcut keys/buttons and dials.
3. If you can accept Japanese, and it is cheap enough, super deal, there are
no reasons not to buy.
