美国真垃圾自己买的房子还要收3%的税！简直毫无人权！我自己买的房子每年还要缴税凭什么啊天理不容！
怪不得美国到处是流浪汉房子被没收了只能流浪怪不得美国人没有存款 3%的房产税啊 100万美元的房子每年要交3万美元房产税怎么存钱啊

There is no bad originals, only bad photoshop operator.
This one is shot with someone's iPhone.
What's wrong with this original? (or what can be enhanced?)
a.There is a blue cast over the image.
b.Highlight is blow out.
c.Lighting is too hard, no detail in shadow,especially the black dress.
Can you correct these?
