郭台铭称打算将富士康部分生产迁回台湾环球时报
环球时报-环球网6月9日报道鸿海昨天股东会上有小股东带着“企画案”向董事长郭台
铭提案，还建议郭台铭应该投资房地产，但郭台铭表示，他不考虑进军房地产，要专注
本业，并计划把在大陆的部分生产迁回台湾，以“无人工厂”形式运作。
据台湾《联合报》报道，郭台铭还说，面对大陆沿海工厂薪资上涨压力，鸿海将加速分
散风险，除迁往大西部外，也打算回台寻找地点，把部分生产迁回台湾，以 “无人工
厂”运作。他表示，现在连美国、韩国、日本都在检讨制造业外移，台湾不能放弃制造
业。
股东会后他也指出，当局不要让台商回来只投资房地产，应该鼓励回台做制造业，他支
持成立经贸特区，但要有诱因吸引厂商进驻。
郭台铭表示，大陆工资上升趋势已经不可逆转，台商有制造业优势，当局可设置经贸特
区吸引台商回流，周边服务业也可一起发展;不过要告诉业者，特区的“特” 在哪里?
他还说，大家都说制造业毛利率低，常要“保三、保四”，但全球的制造业都是这种利
润，韩商背后有国家支持，但他投资液晶面板，一毛钱也没跟政府要过。

last paragraph is very Zan! of course, he is angry now...haha
But he can not against the trend. The individual cost will be up for Chinese
labors, and that is the trend. Which means not just him, lot of foreign
companies will start to retreat slowly and find another cheap labor country.

你很难想像台干的工资有多高。

这厮扯淡，就是被搞的不爽了给中共施加一点压力：你丫再搞我老子不干了。。。进军
内地还有可能，毕竟工资还可以比沿海低在搞点优惠政策，回台湾就是纯属扯淡了

这个你不知道。台干人不少的。
大的台商，很多已经基本完成了转移大陆的动作快10年了。很多在中国的工作时间比你
我要长。小孩也开始就地上大学了。这批人数量不少。上海一地不是说至少有50万吗。
一个产线作业员，基本工资在1200-1400左右，算上加班不到2000。台干工资VP以下，
在20K到100K每月。一般还享受大陆员工没有的住房坐车方面的等福利。
换个角度。
工人工资是算在制造成本里面的。一般总的制造成本上下。

I haven't done any hard study on that. I just followed the news. Zhang Yin
predicted the soaring labor costs in China several years ago. If I remember
correctly, she started moving her paper manufacturing factories to Vietnam
and other Southeast Asian countries in 2008. Many factories in Guangzhou
have already folded up because they could no longer compete at low labor
costs.

It makes no sense if the numbers are not put into perspective and compared
to overall scale of manufacturing. Some relocation, no doubt. But, the
question is whether it comes to a big percentage.
What I heard more is stories of Taiwanese-run companies relocating to China
from places in Southeast Asia. Possible reaons include preference of
Taiwanese employees and managment for living in a culturally amenable
environment. More importantly, there is logistics concerns. There are just

A trend often starts when people do not realize it is coming, very much like
the stock market.
But the trend is so obvious now... If I were that Taiwanese guy, I would be
a fool to keep manufacturing in China while my labor cost more than doubled
in less than one year. Plus, I might have to double it again if there are
more suicides.

industrial upgrade, instead of bubbling up with its real estates and stocks.
