找 non fee 的？

depends... 你可以问问能不能去掉fee然后提高利率．．．
这个就是所谓的loan point．．． 一般不值得要． 你的broker可能在忽悠你

origination fee一般都是固定的， 只有点数是按照百分比的

loan fee太高，而且利率也不好，换人，

如果能换的话，就再打听一下吧，1%的origination fee得到的还是个偏高的rate。
