The evidence submitted under the above three criteria has established that I
have met the requirements regarding the required high level of expertise
for the EB-1(A) immigrant classification.
I. I am an alien of extraordinary ability who has sustained national and
international acclaim.
I have made several original contributions of major significance in the
fields of xxx, xxx and xxx, and have published breakthrough findings in
prestigious international scientific journals. My contributions have been
internationally recognized through numerous citations in top journals by
leading experts in the field, by featuring my work in several famous media
outlets, by highlighting my work in government reports and comprehensive
review articles by internationally recognized authors, through invitations
to deliver presentations at various notable national and international
conferences, through invitations to review dozens of articles of peer
scholars for leading professional journals, and through frequent invitations
to organize a symposium, to contribute a journal article or a book chapter,
and to join professional societies. I served as an editorial board member
of three international journals and was awarded a Certificate of Reviewing
Excellence for recognition of my outstanding contributions.

article publication counts and citation data from Thomson Scientific

d. The 2014 xxxx paper is ranked as the top 1% most cited papers
published in the Engineering field in 2014, and the 2013 xxxx paper is
ranked as the top 0.1% most cited papers published in the Engineering field
in 2013, according to Thomson Reuters InCites Essential Science Indicators-
Percentiles. According to the Percentiles, top 1% papers published in the
Engineering field in 2014 received 2 citations or more and top 0.1% papers
published in the Engineering field in 2013 received 12 citations or more. [

108 papers published in the volume xxxx of xxxx, according to Google
Scholar. Furthermore, 80% of the 108 papers received only one third of the

I am conducting research as a Postdoctoral Research Associate at xxxx
University. [Exhibit F4] I am employed in a position of high significance
and my responsibilities substantially exceed that of an average researcher
in his field of endeavor. As a critical member of my laboratory, my work
