Hi,
I mailed out the rebate form (including the original UPC, receipt) to you
on June 26, 2011. Till now, I checked the status online:

I cannot find the rebate status.
This is the first time I claimed the rebate from canon. I didn't know why.
My friend told me he also have this problem. He told me your contact email
and telephone number. I contact you by email first.
Please check the attachment for the copy of rebate documents.
I am waiting for your response.

offer, you should allow 60 days for processing. We received your rebate on
07/01/2011 and you should allow 6-8 weeks from this date to receive your
