新的三层楼的房子，每一层的热水都要放两分半到三分钟才有，很不方便。后来看了下
builder走水管的方式是从一层车库的热水器出来直接走到三层楼顶，然后所有地方的
热水都从楼顶再走下来。

ts Market Value to Sales ratio, compare it with its peers, and ask: do the r
elative strength of this company justify such a valuation? in RENN's case, m
y answer is a big no. on the technical side, I do not see enough signs for b
ottom, either.

I totally agree with you. Sina bought MCOX before its IPO at $8 per share.
I still don't believe MCOX is at 3 now. 2 years ago SYMX IPOed at 12 and
soon it went to 50cents. what happened? can anyone teach me?

IPO pricing is inefficient, 就是几个analyst/高管拍脑袋的决定。market is
efficient，所以有些IPO第一天涨几倍，也有第一天狠跌的。
