Dear Editor,
I graduated from Nanoelectronics Lab at University of Wyoming in 2014 and
hold a Ph.D. degree in Physics (Materials and Electronics). I got my
bachelor degree in Jilin University in 2009, one of the top 10 universities
in China. My name is Liyou Lu and I am currently a product/test engineer at
Freescale Semiconductor Inc.
My Expertise is in semiconductor nanostructure synthesis, material
characterization by XRD, FESEM, optical spectrum characterization, electron
device fabrication using e-beam lithography and photolithography. The major
applications of my research are in photovoltaics and MOSFETs.
To explore more academic experience, I am trying to obtain more
opportunities to serve as a reviewer for academic journals.
