Just met my dentist today for the oral exam. After debridement, she referred
me to a periodontics; meanwhile, she recommended me to take out 4 wise
teeth.
My wise teeth should be okay and i never felt any pain. But she recommended
to take them out since they may bring many potential problems. Also he said
two of them are mobile, although I am not so sure.
Should these 4 wise teeth be taken out?

Down at the seed-feed store,
and the fool gave me five pennies for them,

if you have 1042S, then I suggest you file 1040 to its usual place.
if you don't, you have to claim treaty benefit, then you should file 5000 as
other income, deduct it from your regular W-2 income. Write claim tax
treaty benefit based on US/China income tax treaty on top of your 1040. Send
it to where 1040NR should be sent.

I mean where to mail the tax-return forms?
1040 w/ 8833 claiming $5000 treaty
