Project Manager
JOB PURPOSE:
• Lead the project team to fulfill the contract requirements and meet

我家2010买了个离公司特别近的townhouse，原本打算搬过去住，可是后来交楼后想到
孩子必须得换daycare，有点怕怕，因为孩子适应了挺长时间的，怕换一个他会更难过
，于是思来想去想等孩子再大些才去，于是现在拿来出租，很快租出去了，通过经纪，
合同什么的都是很标准的。
现在想还有什么要注意的，
问题一：是不是我要买保险啊，以免房客摔跤了告我，townhouse到门口以外的都不是
我的事了，只有室内？
问题二：我是否应该申请个公司，把房租收入放在这个公司下，然后如果有什么事就不
会找我的责任
还有什么别的要注意的啊。

Good point. You may want to buy liability insurance and setup a new LLC for
this property in order to get out of any trouble with your tenants. Most
wealthy people do this.
