请问各位前辈, 申请绿卡期间, 可以由H4转成F1吗?
本人现在的情况是F1, 因为学费原因,想转成H4, 可以付州内学费. 正在准备申请绿卡.
想在毕业之前再转成F1(如果绿卡没通过.因为H4没有OPT).象我这种情况, 在毕业之前
, 绿卡申请中, 转身份吗? 如可以, 需要多久?

You don't have to type line break, that's it.
