这个报道是今年7月份发的，从旧到新比较全。
A light aircraft carrier Vikramaditya is intended to replace an Indian worn
out aircraft carrier Vikrant. When finished it must become a flagship of
Indian naval forces. This airship carrier was constructed on the basis of an
aircraft-carrying heavy cruiser Admiral Gorshkov that underwent deep
modernization. Today it’s in the navy of India, till December 2012 it will
have been tested.
After the reconstruction the airborne antisubmarine cruiser turned into the
light aircraft carrier.
Thay had to replace most of the elements above the waterline, utility
boilers, all the equipment was replaced with new, exceptionally anti-
aircraft one. The shed was also rebuilt. The aircraft carrier will be able
to take aboard aircrafts with mass up to 25 tons. Helicopters Ka-28 and Ka-
31 will be located on the aircraft carrier. Russian Ka-60 (Ka-64) and Indian
HAL Dhruv might be also located aboard.

据我所知，因为结婚是拿庇护后的，配偶无法拿庇护副申请人身份，也就无法通过庇护
拿绿卡。庇护绿卡本身没有副申请人；每个申请庇护绿卡的人都必须有庇护主申请人或
庇护副申请人身份；一般拿庇护的人的配偶拿庇护副申请人身份，跟着拿到这个身份后
一年自己申请绿卡。但是在这个情况下配偶无法拿庇护副申请人身份，也就无法通过这
个拿绿卡，就算结婚是在拿绿卡前。要你表哥拿绿卡后为配偶申请亲属移民。

Well, that's the reason you will need to read some books if you plan to use
C++. I read Effective STL, it is okay to read. Not my favourite though. Try
to
find some sample chapters online. I think the style is as important as
content,
it may not suit you. Personally I feel his books are additional to your C++
books. Most of content you probably can read about in other adanced C++
books,
then he is not trying to cover all the topics as well. So his books can't
replace general C++ books.
The reason I feel style is important and it is personal (that's why you have
to
try before you buy it): Many people like C++ Primer, I found it terrible.
There
will be many books other people like and you won't.

这书写得不错，很实在。当年我花了几个月断断续续地看完了。
不过现在改用java了，感觉java很好，所以以前花在c++上的时间算是浪费了。
不过要是专心C++，这算本不错的入门书。

I think thinking in C++ is also good, similar level to Scott's book, it also
cover some template. Scott's book does not cover some basics, but its good
if you want to prepare for interview. C++ primer is ok but low level.
