刚怀孕的时候查还是阴性，生孩子的时候采集脐带血的公司（CBR)现在来信说我的血检
结果有阳性：

现在很担心自己是不是感染乙肝病毒了，宝宝已经母乳喂养了两个多月，担心宝宝被连
累，宝宝从出生还没有打乙肝疫苗。

False positive is possible, have your doctor do a repeat hepatitis panel.
PS it's a good idea to start HepB vaccine after birth, regardless of
maternal status.
