我J1签证来美，现在正在申请办理Waiver，结果还没出来，估计没有太大问题。
在等待Waiver结果的同时，我开始着手申请老公以J2来美。我的问题是，如果我老公能
够11月份以J2来美，而在他来之后我才拿到Waiver, 请问这个Waiver是否也自动适用于
老公的J2呢？ 因为DOS在线申请Waiver时，有一栏问：是否有DEPENDENT需要同时申请
豁免？由于那时老公还在德国没打算来美，所以没填他的名字。现在不知道他以J2身份
过来后是否仍需要重新申请Waiver，我很担心以后他转身份都受到种种限制和不便。
