hi,
I am looking to capture a portion of a screen where there is a continuously
scrolling text (updated frequently). the text is in English. the screen is
displayed and controlled by another software. I would like to have a simple
program to continuously monitor that area and detect and recognize any new
text. Would someone kindly recommend any simple software I could use? this
needs to run on windows 7. Thanks!

I used to ask BoA to increase daily limit to $2500, which was >15000 RMB
daily, enough.

就是带上现金或支票去趟AAA的 local office,跟他们说你要换旅行支票，然后他们就
给你换了。他们手头的旅行支票一般是散的，有几百元一张的，也有1000元一张的，每
张你都得写名字然后签名。如果你不幸碰到他们手中的旅行支票全是100元一张的，那
你会签得连自己的名字都不认识。。。
注意：
1.如果是带普通支票去换，支票的号码不能太小（好像是500以上,记不太清楚了）。他
们会在现场给你的银行打电话确认，然后开旅行支票给你。
2.AAA的local office可能一下子拿不出2万那么多，你可能得跑不止一趟。
3.虽然AAA可以给你免费的旅行支票（假设你是MEMBER),但是到国内兑现的时候要收0.
75%的手续费。不过，汇率按现汇算，比按现金算要划算些。所以最后，现汇和现金的
汇率difference跟0.75%的手续费差不多扯平。如果你带去的钱没用完，最后又留了些
带回美国，那么在美国的银行把你的旅行支票兑换成现金不需要任何手续费。
