I got laid of over a month ago so I had to change my status from H1 to F2,
my husband's dependent. Fortunately I found another job a few weeks ago and
the new employer agreed to sponsor me H1 however it has taken them a long
time to prepare the paper work and they finally will be submitting all the
documents to USCIS this Friday for H1 transfer.
My online status shows that my F2 application has been approved and mailed
to me on Nov 4( I haven't received it yet).
At this point, can they still do H1 transfer, which means as soon as they
submit everything to USCIS I can start to work for the new employer. If not
, do they need to submit H1 application to change my status from F2 to H1,
which means I cannot work until it's approved? Thanks.

request a change of status from F2 to H1.
It just would take a little bit longer to re-organize the paper works. To be
safe, you'll also need to have the F2 approval notice along with the F2->H1
application. Congratulations on the new job and stay positive with the visa

炖多久和排骨大小以及过水去沫的时间长短有关，入锅后加入酱油醋料酒醋水大火烧开
后转中火加盖炖，糖可以后面一点加防止粘锅，最后加也可以让汤汁稠很多也比较上色
。我一般炖半个小时左右。
至于各种调料的分量，上述口诀也只是个大概，炖的时候还是要根据个人口感不断调试
的。最重要的是糖醋的比例。这个配方对北方人来说可能稍微甜了一点。另外看到有人
用番茄酱代替，说是比较好掌握糖醋的比例。没有试过，不过大家有兴趣可以尝试一下。
表迷信菜谱，菜谱只是一个传说。舌头才是检验真理的唯一标准！

下锅的时候放油稍微炸一下也行，但是油不能多，因为排骨本身带油，会煮炖越油，想
