If Indian can do it, why our Chinese can't? Seems people here feel like this
is just benefit Indian. But Chinese are richer than Indian, it's so easy
for Chinese to open a company here.

most EB3C do have real jobs, but many EB3I in ICC whose jobs are fake.
My wife's 3 India Coworks, all their husbands are working under ICC and
filed for EB3I. They are waiting for jobs at home 90% of the time!!!

Why don't we do something to report this kind of fraud to government!

USCIS checked H1b recently and found that 25% fraud rate. but not for PERM
yet.
Some biggest ICC companies are real, they hire A3 and do temperately
outsource jobs, hard to tell whether they are cheating or not because
their are professional cheater

游戏一般说引擎，不说框架。
目前国内流行的就是u3d和cocos2d-x，国外u3d/cocos2d-iphone和其他一堆杂七杂八的
引擎。

But 申请政治避难 has serious consequence. You can't go home without hassle.

从整体上而言，benefit是指能分到SO。
EB3C现在的PD是05年而EB3I是02年。SO现在是按PD先后分。如果大量老PD EB3I升级到
EB2的话，他们因PD会保留而排在前面分蛋糕。而且这样的人不是几千而是几万个。
EB3C确实会有部分人会因为升级而提前拿卡。但由于这个名额不是从SO拿的而是用自己
的，后果就是EB2C的部分人晚拿卡。

一年拿到，就算等到公民也比不少 EB2,EB3的人短
而且不少人绿卡期间就回去过，不是著名人物，也没人管
