after your GC, completely stay in US for one whole year.
form a company and you are the owner, then you can send yourself to oversea
as a manager,
apply N-700 and AP, now you are now free with the half year restriction.

刚给律师打了个电话，N-470批了还是要每半年回来一次的，这对我就没有用处了。
下面是N-470的instruction form上的：
Filing a Form N-470 does not relieve a permanent resident from obtaining a
reentry permit, in advance of trips outside the United States for 1 year
or more

You have to apply reentry permit to enter US. N-470 is used for applying US
Citizenship. My question is whether working for a US company in China will
be qualifying to apply N-470.

我觉得只要是做研发就可以，如果是做sale什么的可能就不行了。
我想做研发的应该符合下面这一条：
