Both are US tech companies,with engineer-type titles
The position in Wuxi is responsible for marketing/sales and tech support in
China (and East Asia),but only manages 2-3 people unless one can expand the
business there.
The position in the Valley is purely technical (system engineer type).
I want to start my own business in the long-term. Which option is better?

hehe, sometimes after working as a manager for a while, you do not want to
run your own business. lots of time people just get fed up by people.
remember, managing people or even just dealing with people is a hard thing.
