各位大侠，有什么方式能够联系到中国的专长于药厂生物公司CRO的猎头嘛？或者是有
什么推荐？临床实验方面中高层的职位。在chinaHR.com, 51job 查了很多，几乎没有
什么合适的。人在美国，铁定要回了不想裸归,不知道怎么下手呀。多谢。

如果自己没有什么networking，那就自己在网上多search search。

someone post an ads at pharmaceutical board, seems a lot openings there. I
am wondering why you want to go back, if you are senior director in clinical
pk, your salary should be $160k or more.

多谢信息，我只是个小ｂｉｔｅｃｈ的DIRECTOR，不是CLINPHARM的
属于later phase clinical trials. 觉得在中国可能会有更大的发展，我是医生的背
景；现在的大小药厂外包很多临床试验，早晚是个趋势，还不如回了。国内的工资和这
里没办法比，但生活状态不一样，机会很多。
