1。 Starting funding around 500k (300k for research and 200k for living
expense)
2. Salary is around 11k/month
3. The institute will give you a rented apartment, if there is any, at
relatively low
cost
4. You could have 1-2 graduate students
The initial contract is 3-year. After this term, you will be evaluated based
on your
academic performance to get tenured.

鸡肋都算不上。这个工资，又没有房子，你要一辈子在北京当贫民？
要是单位的廉租房只管两三年，那之后，自己租房子，比在美国刷盘子生活水平还低吧？

鸡肋不鸡肋要跟你手头别的offer或者你的期望值比。
单就副研这个职位来说，待遇还不错。首先每月1万1的帐面工资还是挺高的，很多北京
、上海中科院的正研也达不到这个数字。其次30万的科研启动经费＋20万的住房补贴也
是挺厚道的。好多副研根本就没这笔钱，正研都未必。

有房子的话，很不错了
其实，房子是国内的病态社会套在人身上的枷锁
然后很多人又把房子给套在工作上，指望工作能解决房子
所以这样对工作的期望值就离谱了

我觉得也是，对于副研有这样的待遇不差了。如果lz比较牛的话，就另说了

这个offer还是比较实在的。基本工资能达到1万1的副研，应该是比较少见的。综上，
建议归。

关键是Performance Evaluation的要求是什么，你觉得3年后评Tenure的希望大不大。中国有些Performance Evaluation很搞笑或者说很变态的。

说实话，算是不错了。还有20万生活补助。高校更惨，副教授就7-8万一年，有的有20-
30万启动资金。

那就是说第二年开始就是每月１万１了。。。税后的话一个人也能生活，　毕竟有廉租
房。　税前的话还是要交很多税的。。。。拿到手估计就是普通副教授水平，７０００
块。。。
