first, your young daughter need a visa for visiting china, this visa may
need to reply every year or every two year.
2nd, you need to go to local police to register your daughter's information
as a foreigner. They would give you a period for stay, this need to renew
yearly also.
3rd, many public school could not accept the international student, so you
possibly need to pay extra tuition for this.

Or you just change your daughter nationality to China. Once she grows up, if
she wants to be American citizen, she can easily to get it just showing her
birth certificate.

父母是签证的话，孩子应该是拿旅行证的吧，回去可以报户口。
拿着那张出生证，任何时候都可以去要美国护照。

谢谢,这解决了一个日后还想当美国公民的问题.另外一个问题就是,如果报户口就属于
超生了吧,据说这个罚款没有个定数,随他们张口.

From Chinese government stand point of view, your daughter is still
Chinese citizen, not US citizen.

你们没有绿卡的话，你女儿就是中国公民，超生跑不了的。（当然你们如果有门路另算）
