想回国求职，简历上如何写在家带娃的三年呢？是略去不写还是如实填写呢？要命的是
带娃的三年就是最近的这三年，不管怎么处理在简历上都很显眼。

照实写，在简历的最后，写哪年哪月到哪年哪月是full time mother of a boy or
girl。
我就这么写的。
这种经历不管是在美国还是中国都会受到歧视，而且在薪资上打压得很厉害。
当然最重要的是，你要证明尽管这三年在家看孩子，你现在依然competitive，或者是
能很快pick up起来。

没必要学习美国人做这种无聊的表面文章，在家带孩子就是带孩子。再怎么写都是在家
带孩子，写的人和看的人都很清楚。

多谢建议！怎么证明competitive呢？这三年里被孩子缠的没时间做什么事。

you gotta be silly to take "lsqg" advice
can't you working on your own start-up for 3 yrs?
can't you work at home as a contractor for 3 yrs?
why not extend your last employment for 2 more yrs, and make up a story for
the 3rd yr like having a baby?
it's simply dumb to say that you did nothing for the recent 3 yrs, don't you
get it?

What you have suggested made me speechless.
Be honesty,dude...
A lot of companies do reference check of your background. Nobody would hire
a cheater, even in China.

Well, it's a good question.
Show them what you can do now. Show them what values you can add to their
company.
Try to get an opportunity to do a written test or a presentation to show you
can still do the job well, not just do the behavioural interview.
