去年H1b中海归，今年准备报税时，在IRS网站上看到这段话
Topic 858 - Alien Tax Clearance
You must obtain your departure permit before you leave the United States.
You should apply for the departure permit no earlier than 30 days before you
plan to leave, but at least two weeks in advance of your departure. To get
your departure permit, visit your nearest Taxpayer Assistance Center (walk-
in IRS office).
