公司在加州，是做科学仪器的，给的title是application scientist.
年薪20W人民币+20%-25%bonus.
在加州先培训半年到一年的时间，然后回北京，在这边给的是国内的薪水+2000刀的房
补。
现在对两地的薪水都不满，怎么提期望薪水比较合适呢？

国内的工资差不多就这样了,PHD刚毕业确实就是这个水平.美国只给中国工资就很奇怪
了,看来人家就只想要你回去.

现在的结果是加州的涨了1000刀，国内的还在协商。。。估计涨的可能性几乎木有了，
可能要拒了。。。

so? PE+PhD in SoCal area, 60-65k
a lot of master only got 30-40k in Los Angeles area

waiter earns tip in cash,
yeah even a trucker driver speaks no English
could make close to six digits annually
but that doesn't mean anyone with MS/PhD degree could bring that much to
home
if so, why so many Postdoc slave stuck with 30-40k with no overtime pay?
not to mention so many master can't even find a job and has to do PhD
or switch to another MS

let me give you another example
ppl with 10 year exp in China and MS degree here in eng major starts at 42k
in
Chicago area
