老公在国内不得不归了……哎
我想申请高校的职位。要求的申请材料里有一个：“对开展科研工作的设想、计划和要
求”
请问这个设想和计划要怎么写，是给一个大的研究方向和规划，还是要写的很细致到研
究方法和思路？

0)introduction and significance of your proposal
1) what is your research objective? a, b, and c
2) what is your research plan/step for those objective your list
a),b), and c...
3) your requirement for you to achieve your goals.
how many phd or postdocs in your lab?
how much do you need as starting funding?
how big laborartory do you need?
etc.
the more detail, the better.

谢谢回复。要写这么细啊，我还以为谈谈大概的设想……又要重新写了……
