美国做利弊：相对医疗水平更高，发生事故的概率较低，对认定医疗事故更客观，赔偿
较高（我们都没去过美国，这都是猜的）。==> It is wrong! The quality of
surgery depends on the experience of the surgeons. If you find a doctor with
lots of experience plus a good record, you need choose him regardless of
Chinese or American. Some US surgeons are really killers. My daughter
suffered from it. A tiny and unnecessary operation resulted in 17-min
cardiac arrest. Lawsuit is very hard even this obvious case. A lot of
lawyers rejected our case.
