时，决定在杭州未来科技城（即位于余杭的海创园）新建浙江大学医学中心，包括一家
1200张床位的医院和与之配套的建筑面积为10万平方米的医学研究中心。医学研究中心
将以基于医工结合的临床技术研发为重点。为此，需要大规模地招聘各类层次的研究人
员，特别是具有创新创业想法的、具有不同学科背景的海外高层次人才。
工作领域：疾病相关的基础和转化医学研究；药物研发；医疗器械研发；数字医疗技术
研发
学科背景：从事医学相关研究的医学、生物学、材料科学与技术、信息科学与技术、工
程科学与技术等专业人才。一般要求具有PhD或MD学位，并有3年以上的博士后研究经历
或研发经历。特别优秀的可不受以上条件限制。

Faculty Position in Zhejiang University Medical Center and Institute for
Translational Medicine
Nowadays it is realized that collaboration among different disciplines is
the most practical way to solve the clinical needs and promote medicine
development. Thus, Zhejiang University has established the Institute for
Translational Medicine near the six affiliated hospitals and a new Medical
Center in Hangzhou Future Sci & Tec City (also named Zhejiang Overseas High-
level Talents Innovation Part) to set up a platform for translational
medical research and application. Disease-oriented biomedical researchers
and interdisciplinary researchers with interest in medical diagnosis and
medical devices are encouraged to apply.
Qualifications and Requirements
Applicants should have a PhD or MD degree with postdoctoral training or R&D
work experience. Strong track record of publications or unique translational
techniques and willingness to work closely with the clinicians in ZJU
affiliated hospitals are required.
Competitive and Benefits
Successful applicants will receive quantification- and experience-based
compensation, including generous start-up fund (up to 5 million RMB),
competitive salary (up to 800K RMB) and other health/retirement benefits,
and opportunity to purchase an apartment unit (up to 150 m2) at the price
much lower than current market value. If you are going to run your own
business in the Hangzhou Future Sci & Tec City, it would be possible to get
extra benefits from the government.
